Rebecca Larson

(SLPA)

Rebecca Larson lives in Cass Lake, Minnesota. She has always loved working with kids and being part of their growth, which is what first led her into education. She spent seven years as a paraprofessional, learning the ins and outs of the school environment and discovering how much she enjoys supporting students one-on-one. Over time, she realized she wanted to make an even bigger impact, especially in helping children communicate with confidence. That inspiration led her to take the next step and become a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant.

Rebecca attended Alexandria Technical College, where she earned her AAS. It was an experience that challenged and motivated her, confirming she was exactly where she was meant to be. Today, she provides speech services in two area schools. She loves building relationships with her students, celebrating their progress, and finding creative ways to make each session encouraging and fun. Every day is different, and that variety keeps her excited about the work she does.

When she’s not at work, Rebecca is almost always outdoors. Gardening, hunting, and fishing are some of her favorite ways to relax and recharge. She also cherishes time with her grandbabies, her dogs, and the rest of her family…they are truly the heart of her world. Whether they’re out on the lake, puttering around the yard, or just laughing together at home, those are the moments that mean the most to her.

She feels grateful for the path that brought her here and for the chance to do work that matters.
