Long Term Care
Choice Therapy partners with numerous Long Term Care facilities providing rehab services, utilizing physical, occupational, and speech therapies, for our community members residing in long-term care. Our therapists are highly experienced in treating our geriatric population with an emphasis on independence, creativity, and compassion during the treatment sessions. Therapy services address memory issues, vision issues, incontinence, brain injury, hand, and upper extremity problems, and recovery after stroke.

Kevin was born and raised in central North Dakota. After High School he attended the N.D school of Science for Architectural Drafting. Later in life he decided in a career change and enrolled at St Catherines in Minneapolis to study Physical Therapy. Kevin graduated with a AAS degree as a PTA.
Kori grew up in Eveleth, MN and after high school, went to college at Minnesota State University Moorhead to earn a Bachelor’s in Photography. After living and working in various parts of the country over the next few years, she went back to school at the UND. She received her Master’s degree in OT and found her way to Bemidji.
Leah was born and raised in Bagley, MN. She pursued her COTA degree at Northland Community and Technical College of East Grand Forks, MN. She enjoys working in the Long term care facilities working with the more acute rehab patients and the Geriatric population.
Trevor was born and raised in Alsen, ND where he grew up on his family farm. He always loved sports which lead to first hand experience with physical therapy following injuries. Trevor obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2019.
