Born in Fargo ND and raised in small town Casselton ND, Joe attended UND, graduating in 1994. Joe married his wife Naomi in 1995 and have three children, Grant, Kolbie, Gavin. Joe is a very avid hunter and fishermen and enjoys all sports and outdoor activities.
