Hannah Leisenheimer
(OTR)
Hannah was born and raised in Bemidji, MN. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with both her undergraduate and Occupational Therapy Doctorate degrees. Hannah currently works in our long-term care settings providing rehab to the geriatric population and has a strong passion for helping her patients get back to doing the things they love after experiencing serious illnesses, injuries, or major life changes.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys camping, hiking, music, convincing herself “I can make that” and pursuing an endless barrage of crafts, and spending time with her boyfriend and their dog, Bean.
