Choice Therapy remains committed to our patients, employees, and our communities during this uncertain time. The Department of Homeland Security has deemed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists as ESSENTIAL health care workers allowing us to remain open. We will continue to provide service for healthy patients in an environment away from individuals showing signs of this illness. We will continue to follow CDC guidelines regarding sanitation, hygiene, and social distancing. We also realize that some people may prefer to stay home. We are offering home therapy visits and also a new treatment method called telehealth, where we provide instruction over a phone or computer right inside your home. Having therapy to address your pain and function can help keep you OUT of the hospital and the ER, allowing their staff to focus on patients that are seriously ill. Hailey is a Cook, MN native. She returned to the northland after graduating with her Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Her professional interests include language development, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication.

Teresa Kinnunen is a Grand Rapids High School graduate. She graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Masters Degree in Communication Disorders. She has worked in the medical field in speech therapy in Hibbing for 25 years.

Erin Wark May, SLP

Erin grew up near Mahnomen, MN and currently lives in Osage, MN. She received her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Arizona in 1998. Erin joined Choice Therapy in 2013 as a pediatric and school-age speech-language pathologist.
