Choice Therapy remains committed to our patients, employees, and our communities during this uncertain time. The Department of Homeland Security has deemed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists as ESSENTIAL health care workers allowing us to remain open. We will continue to provide service for healthy patients in an environment away from individuals showing signs of this illness. We will continue to follow CDC guidelines regarding sanitation, hygiene, and social distancing. We also realize that some people may prefer to stay home. We are offering home therapy visits and also a new treatment method called telehealth, where we provide instruction over a phone or computer right inside your home. Having therapy to address your pain and function can help keep you OUT of the hospital and the ER, allowing their staff to focus on patients that are seriously ill. Laureen Schaser, MPT

Originally from the Twin Cities, Laureen now lives in Blackduck. She appreciates the variety of patients she gets to meet and work with in the outpatient setting. Beyond work, Laureen enjoys time with family/friends, as well as outdoor activities on land (hiking, biking, and golf) and on water (skiing, kayaking, and regrettably – sometimes golf!).

David grew up in Maple Grove Minnesota. He studied Psychology at Oak Hills Christian College.  He has been working with youth in different settings for over 10 years. He has spent the last 5 years working in the local school system. In his free time, he enjoys hockey, fishing, paddling, and hunting.

Paula was born and raised in Kelliher MN. She graduated from Northwest Technical College in 1984. She has worked in the customer service and office field for the past 36 years and really enjoys being able to help patients and co-workers. She has two children and 5 grandchildren.
