Our mission is to provide exceptional personal health care in the fields of Physical and Occupational Therapy to Bemidji and the surrounding communities. We strive to deliver high quality care to all of our patients, not quantity of care. The 5 main pillars of Choice Therapy are: teamwork, quality of care, compassion to everyone, integrity, and professionalism. The foundation of our corporation is high-quality care, excellent customer service, and prompt cost-effective treatment of our patients.
